1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of BarcelonaRentHelp.com and the services provided under the brand Barcelona Rent Help, operated by:

By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms.


 

2. Nature of the Service

Barcelona Rent Help provides independent rental advisory and apartment search assistance.

We act exclusively as:

✔️ A tenant-side consultant

We are:

  • Not a real estate agency
  • Not property owners or managers
  • Not a party to any rental agreement

Any rental contract is signed directly between the Client and third parties (landlords or agencies).


 

3. Scope of Services

Our services may include:

  • Personalized advisory on the Barcelona rental market
  • Feasibility analysis of your profile
  • Property search aligned with your criteria
  • Communication with landlords and agencies
  • Profile presentation and positioning
  • Negotiation support
  • Contract review and explanation
  • End-to-end assistance until contract signature

We do not guarantee:

  • Property availability
  • Acceptance by landlords or agencies

All final decisions depend on third parties.


 

4. Service Structure and Fees

Our service follows a three-step structure:

Step 1 — Advisory Session

€80 + VAT

  • Strategic session to evaluate your profile
  • Market explanation and action plan

👉 This amount is deducted from the total fee if you proceed with the full service.


Step 2 — Search Service Activation

€500 + VAT

  • Start of active search and full service
  • Includes advisory, outreach, negotiation, and coordination

This amount is:

  • Non-refundable
  • Deducted from the total fee

Step 3 — Success Fee

Total fee =
1 month’s rent + VAT

At the moment of successfully securing and signing a rental property:

You pay:

👉 Remaining fee = 1 month rent – €500 – €80 (+ VAT)


Important Clarifications

  • The €80 and €500 are part of the total fee, not additional costs
  • If no rental contract is signed:

✔️ No remaining fee is due


 

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Provide required documentation (ID, income proof, etc.)
  • Maintain active communication
  • Collaborate during the process

The Client understands:

  • Approval depends on landlords/agencies
  • Financial criteria (e.g. income ratios) may apply

 

6. Exclusivity and Conduct

During the active service:

  • The Client agrees not to engage competing advisory services without communication
  • The Client agrees to act in good faith

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Barcelona Rent Help is not liable for:

  • Decisions made by landlords or agencies
  • Market conditions
  • Property condition after signing
  • Contractual disputes between Client and landlord

We do not act as legal advisors.


 

8. Duration and Termination

The service:

  • Starts after payment of the activation fee
  • Ends when:
    • A rental contract is signed, or
    • The Client cancels, or
    • The Consultant terminates for justified reasons

If terminated before success:

  • €80 and €500 are retained
  • No additional fees apply

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by Barcelona Rent Help.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
