Our story begins with a simple observation: renting in Barcelona can be overwhelming for newcomers.

I’m Alex Mallart, founder of Barcelona Rent Help. As a real estate investor, I have always guided my tenants through the move-in process. Over the years, I saw how confusing and unfriendly it was for them—unclear contracts, language barriers, endless paperwork. I also experienced the same struggles myself while living abroad and traveling, which gave me the empathy to understand both sides.

That’s why I decided to create a premium, personal advisory service designed specifically for MBAs students, expats, and families moving to Barcelona.
